This weekend, Tim and I decided that we were going to have Arbroath Smokies. Arbroath is a town near St Andrews, it took us 45 minutes to drive there. Once there, we saw several signs for Smokies, but I decided that we had to go to one close to the Harbor deep in the heart of Arbroath! Smokies are smoked haddock and are shown below. That is basically what we ate, it even had the rope wrapped around its tail.
