As I was walking down the street on my way to the dentist, I found a 5 pound note!! (That's like a $5 bill, only worth more!) I looked around and no one was around. I wanted to return it to the poor person who dropped it.
Standing halfway down the block was a guy selling "The Big Issue". It is a magazine that you buy from people who are homeless or low income people. This magazine gives them an opportunity to make money and earn a living. I really like the idea of it. Hopefully the guy does something good with the money.
I felt good when I handed it to him, and I was hoping that the positive Karma would be with me as I went into the dentist. The dentist went well. I was pleased with her work, other than the realization that the silver filling is made up of 50% Mercury! So if I go crazy in my older years, this may be why!!

Hey, very nice of you. I'm glad you found a good way to use the 5 pounds. So I just realized that I didn't have your blog link on my blog, so I am now updated. So how are you doing? Where exactly are you? I know I am terrible at keeping up with people. It looks beautiful where you are. BTW, do you have Stacey Jensens info because I guess they live in Cali now too and I wanted to say hi.

Be careful with that filling!! My dad got mercury poisoning from his fillings (they leach out)and it nearly killed him. It was a really scary time!! My mother's neighbor was diagnosed with MS and had talked to my parents about the mercury incident because she heard that MS could be tied to mercury. She had her fillings removed and no longer has MS. Sorry this is such a random comment but thought the info would be of interest??
