My First Garden!

Yes... a new post. I am just going to start with a post and see how it goes from here. I planted my first garden tonight. Two years ago, in Scotland I planted one tomato plant outside my house. I like tomatoes. This year, I decided to do it again on my patio... I wanted a tomato, then I decided a pepper would be fun, and of course, a strawberry plant.

So here you go, my first garden in pictures. Yes, I just transplanted them from the store. This way, the documentation comes before I kill them (I do get my gardening skills from my mom, not my dad).








(Yes, this strawberry plant already has a few strawberries growing... I had to pick this one, I needed all of the help I could get!)

I bought the pots and soil at the dollar store. I made my own holes in the bottom of these 2.5 gallon buckets. (I was too cheap to buy actual pots).

And as I told my brother tonight, my gardening motto is "Do or Die". That's why I only planted one of each. I hope these little babies will Do! ;)
