I decided that I should post about this new recipe site that I found. The site itself isn't anything special. I mean, it is a website with recipes. The cool thing though is in the search... If you search for OAMC, there are TONS of recipes.
I was super confused at first, but I soon realized that OAMC stands for "Once A Month Cooking". They are those recipes that you can prepare a week, a month, or even three months in advance, stick in your freezer and then you can have a fresh cooked meal on those busy days! I think I am going to try a few of those...
